 Omar Ramírez-Tejada, Regional Coordinator and Country Manager, Dominican Republic; Biologist, has more than 20 years of experience in Environment and Climate Change, with a Master’s in international public law and International Relations, a specialist in territorial planning of natural parks and protected areas, diploma in Municipal Management, and Managerial and Environmental Capacities. Former Secretary of State of Environment and Natural resources and Executive Vice President of the National Council for Climate Change and Clean Development Mechanism, and former Head of the Dominican Delegation to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and former Secretary of State for the Environment and Natural Resources. Chris Hope, Integrated Analysis Modelling, BA (Oxon), Physics, 1st class, 1975. MA (Oxon), 1979.PhD (Cambridge), 1980; Emeritus Reader in Policy Modelling at Cambridge Judge Business School, and is part of the Schools and Economics & Policy subject group. Chris is a world leading expert on Integrated Climate and Economic Analysis (ICEA) modelling. He uses mathematical models to aid public and private decision-making. He has worked for more than two decades mainly on critical synthesis of information from the science and economics of climate change. This reduced-form simulation and combination of scientific and economic information under uncertainty is difficult and highly original, and something that has only been attempted by a handful of research groups around the world. Chris was the lead ICEA modeller for the Stern Review, the leading modeller for Energeia´s EoB, ATBO and ACT2015  projects, and is a co chair and lead author at the IPCC, an advisor to the house of lords, the Climate Change Committee, and multiple official UK reports and breakthrough. Through Energeia he has also advised multiple governments and negotiation groups in Latin America, Asia and Africa.

   María Paz De La Cruz.Project Structuring Expert; She is an Industrial Civil Engineer from the Universidad de Concepción and has an MSc. in Carbon Management from the University of Edinburgh, has 20 years of experience in international development banks, renewable energy organizations, government institutions, and generating companies in Chile and the United Kingdom. She has worked in the German Development Bank KfW in the promotion of renewable energy projects and energy efficiency in Chile, was Executive Director of the National Center for Innovation and Development for Sustainable Energies (CIFES) where she helped raise resources to support the implementation of renewable energy projects for small and medium enterprises and promote their decentralization through the promotion of projects in regions.
